Sit back and relax. But pay close attention, read my words carefully, and sincerely.

Pay close attention to your experience, what do you see? What do you not see?

What does it mean to be here, right now, devoid of self?

Now raise your right hand, mindfully.

Who raised it? Was it not the culmination of several factors?

Notice how "I" do not have to be here, to raise this hand.

Now put it back down.

Now pay attention to how you are feeling.

Is not the culmination of several factors? Perhaps you're aware of some of my past posts, perhaps the pain centers in your chest, notice how all these factors are needed to produce the "pain".

Are you really feeling? Are the feeling self-inherently existing? Or are they fleeting?

Don't ignore ANYTHING!

Peace.

You're supposed to actually follow the instructions. Read them carefully and sincerely.

And don't fail to follow the instructions!

:-)

Of course if you just skim it and judge my writing then that's different. The purpose of the post is not demonstrate wisdom, but to point out the no-self in experience.

Peace!

Yeah, interesting and fun exercise.

It is similar to some of the exercises from headless.org, which are also fun and can also elicit no-self experiences.
