Wow, after spending months being mindful (mostly), I seriously cannot sit alone unless I am with a group.

ccc present one side of the argument, and he is also using ego to justify his position. Doing meditation is hard, overcoming the illusion of the ego is harder.

Only yogi with right view (the first of eight noble path) and right effort can see through. The path has been presented clearly from the time of gotama and preserved by generations of yogi who have succeeded

Then meditate standing, or lying down, or walking around in circles, or whatever you find more or less comfortable.

Regret/restlessness = material for insight.

Sorry guys, there was a fundamental error in my previous post so I removed it. I woke up at 3am and thought "hang on, that's not right".
