Nice video..my own experience matches well with what Ajahn Maha Boowa
talks about in the Path to Arahantship..in the entire experience of pain , there
are 3 distinct parts -
1). the citta which is just aware of what is happening
2). the actual physical sensation
3). the "pain" - which is what is the mental/emotional suffering part
If you connect and observe the first 2 closely , you will notice that there is no suffering in them..the suffering
is in that third part.
