Journey to Stream Entry - Meditation Log

Completed an hour of meditation this morning and planning to do 30 minutes and then another hour this evening. I intentionally decided to eat some leftover food that my family had from a burger place to see how it would effect my body. I noticed that mental fog set in immediately and I feel much heavier and lathargic. My goal is to continue to use awareness of my body after eating to auto-correct eating habits to motivate myself to eat healthier food.
Planning to continue to use this meditation log to track my progress.

i like great attention structuring exercises (e.g. "today i will pay special attention to..." people's names, the words people use, my thoughts, my feelings, my body, my arms, my fingers, my breathing... or pick anything else!) you can also try to watch something for an hour and see all the things that happen to you while doing so. you can also try to just listen for 15 minutes, with open or closed eyes. very interesting things can happen if you concentrate on sound with your eyes closed.
