Greetings fellow meditators,
I was pleasantly surprised to find the copy of MCTOB I ordered through the mail had arrived at my door this morning while I was meditating. I wanted to mention this little bit of amusing synchronicity and take the opportunity to introduce myself to you all.
I'm a french-canadian Goenka student, visual artist (painter, graphic artist and even programmer at times). I found this website after listening to an old Buddhist Geeks interview. After visiting the forum I felt right at home. I ordered MCTOB in the hopes that it will fill in the blanks in my understanding of meditation and the path(s) to enlightenment (no less).
I've nothing more to say at this point aside from the fact that I'm a serious (with a sense of humor) meditator (2hrs/daily) and I plan on posting my progress and problems and interacting with the bunch of you on this forum.
