Interesting. Ekhart Tolle had a similar story if I remember right.

First path occured to me while I was in my stopped car in a parking lot. Third occured in a moving car with my wife driving. Perhaps being bored in an automobile is the solution?

Good on the fella - I hope one day I can be purview to an experience as excellent as his. Wish him the best. 

This sounds great. The guy got over his depression in a flash. Is it enlightenment, though? There is nothing in the article that makes it sound as if it is. It sounds more like spontaneous healing. 

As long we can own the enlightenment we will be golden! If only those below us knew what we are talking about! Maybe The Guardian can help us out? Create a Map of Insights maybe? 
I will frame all my insights and put them on my walls to admire them! They are so beautiful. Hanging there. In the frames. On the walls.
