I know guided meditations get a bad rap. They can be pretty cheesy. I've made fun of them plenty of times myself. So many of them focus on relaxation, reducing stress, etc. But many many years ago, it was a cassette tape with a guided meditation on it which got me interested in meditation in the first place. Also, when I passed the A+P at a Goenka retreat, it was while listening to a guided meditation track with instructions on how to do vipassana meditation.
Are there any guided meditation tracks which you have found to be really helpful, insightful, or that you have returned to repeatedly in your vipassana practice? If possible, provide a link for the meditation for other DHO users.
