Hi everyone,
For my first post on this forum, I'd like to share this technique for EEG recording playback using amplitude-modulated binaural beats:

I've found binaural beats useful in my own practice for refining and expanding vibrational awareness. I'm curious to know if these recordings have any effect on those of you with a strong energetic component to your practice.

Hi Alex,
I’m curious to give it a try. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to actually hear the audio, or if I should be feeling some kind of “tactile” sensation inside my head — I think it’s the latter.

Hi Polymix P,
Thanks for your interest. Yes, you should feel something moving inside your head, as with binaural beats. You may also hear a high-pitched buzz (if that's too loud, please turn down the volume). If you give it a try, please let me know how it goes (including if it doesn't work for you at all—that's useful information).
