What happened to e-sangha?

Does anybody have information on what happened to E-Sangha site? http://www.lioncity.net/buddhism/ It went out of operation long ago and it's still not back up.

apparently, that site was hacked, the database is lost.

But why aren't they reopening? Could be done without a database, I think the site was popular enough, people would re-register and start talking anew.
