NEw guy here...used to be on here last year under racecar-backwards, but cant seem to re-establish my old password for some technical reasons.

Had a question, I do noting with a combination of Neti-NEti...not this, not this.....just kind f noting and remarking that whatever arises is impermanent and not me. Been in and out of Dark Night, Expanded Observer, a few glimpses of No observer...but this Column of heat and energy is very new to me.....

It like bubbles...like soap bubbles expanding and gently popping, in my brain, crown, high pitch sounds, makes its way through the rest of the body, some times it feels like a cold breeze on top of the head and throughout the spine.

Any clues remarks?
