Had this quite a few times recently. In a very light sleep, and woken by what feels like someone shaking the end of the bed, just gently. Scared the bejesus out of me the first time, now i can just think "oh, that again". First I thought it must be my leg, but when I get leg twitches it doesn't feel anything like that. Then i thought maybe I dreamt it, but it had no dream quality about it, it seemed very physical. Any get this?

The current mode of perception is being seen through as unstable. Reality is wobbling. It happens to me too. I can't tell you where you are map-wise, but I can tell you that I tend to feel that these sorts of occurrences are auspicious.

If it's practice-related, it could be A&P stuff. Whenever my practice is going well and I have good momentum, I tend to wake up in the middle of the night with A&P phenomena. Then again, it might not have anything to do with meditation at all.
