Yesterday I felt my life continuum coming to a close. So I drank a cup of coffee, to stimulate my nervous system. Later, I recalled a very high jhanic state I will call a type of "clear light jhana". I found it taxing on my system, so it was abandoned.
What happened next was a transition. That process culminated in some subtle perspective shifts at the heart center.
Now the breath is occurring without any conceptualization. Each breath is simultaneously like a first and last, a remembering and forgetting at the same time.

The writing of this post has retriggered some minor breath conceptualization.
