wait and see. i watched the video and am suspicious. they want money to buy land. they want to offer "low-cost" possibilities to retreat. the entire presentation, while hitting all of the honey-soaked keywords, reeks to me as a "true believer" trying to carve out a comfortable niche for himself. call me jaded.
