Epic Rap Battles: Mahasi vs Goenka - Discussion
No experience with rap, but this is too ridiculous for me to at least not make an attempt. 
I'd say it's pretty Goenka-like based on what I know from a retreat and my readings. There may be one or two inaccuracies.
I am Goenka, my voice is deep.

Only way to measure progress: equanimity
