I hadn't seen or heard of this book, so maybe others haven't either. Looks like he studied with Mahasi Sayadaw.

Thanks for that link. I never seen this book before. Chanmyay is straight Mahasi technique. They have centers all over the world now. Some of the nicest monks I meet where at their center. Good humored, compassionate and eager to share.
