Any tips? emoticon I've never been to a retreat yet. Would prefer a Jhana oriented one.

I did my jhana retreat with Leigh Brasington. He is giving retreats in Sweden and Finland later in 2015. http://www.leighb.com/meditate.htm

I'll hopefully do a Goenka course as soon as I can this summer.
