In Thai language, Suk means happiness and Thuk means uneasiness, stress and suffering.
Following the Bangkok meeting of three dho members in march 2015, is a tribute paid to those dharma teachers who inspire us to "suk nay thuk" as and when uneasiness shows up while sitting... and some innovative ways to deal with it as well.
