The instuctions in MCBT on paying attention to the tiny vibrations and sensations as quickly as possible needs to be repeated again and again so that people don't ignore it. I've been doing breath count, body scanning, etc, and they've all been only putting me to sleep. They're useless without the detail above.

I can speak to people without any awkwardness or anxiety and just about do everything better when I stop thinking and pay attention to the minute sensations. When sitting, my body automatically assumes a very upright posture and the tongue presses the roof of my mouth. There is none of the previous compulsive urge to sleep.
