How to say "and" in pali ?

What is the word for "and" in pali ? if there is a word for it - if not how to say " joe and bob " " apples and oranges " ?

"joe vā bob vā"
"apples vā oranges vā"
I think 'or' ('ca') is used that way too.

Got it wrong the first time. (not really fluent in Pali, but have sources, tools to find things out)
'Ca' is the "copulative" conjunction word -- "and":
"joe ca bob ca"
"apples ca oranges ca"
'Vā' it the "disjunctive" conjunction word -- "or":
"joe vā bob vā"
"apples vā oranges vā"
In both cases, the conjunction follows each term in the list. It's like they're saying "Joe and Bob too".
