Email Notifications Still Not Working?

I cannot login to my other account nor can recover passwords as it seems to say it is successful and no email is received, even for this new awesome account I just made. Was the fix with email notifications related to this? Thanks!

Ha! Thanks! Originally it was going to be a gundam, but then I decided Optimus Prime looked too badass not to use.
