Perhaps this question has already been asked or explained before. However, I haven't come across any explanation that explains this phenomenon. Hence, the reason for this post.
For some time now, the "Online Friends" tab at the bottom of the page has read "Online Friends (0)" rather than provide a number of the members who are currently online.
I don't recall just when I first took note of this, sometime during the summer I'm guessing. Prior to this, the number of online members browsing through the forum was always displayed along with their handles. I know there must be other members browsing the forum during at least some of the times I come to look around. And yet this function has been seemingly dead for the past several weeks/months.
Has something changed such that this number (and list of members) is no longer being displayed? Or is there some kind of indication or change in our individual accounts that we have to checkmark which turns this function on or off?
