I meditate for 1 hour almost every day. During the last 3 months I can hear sound coming out of my heart very clearly with physical ears when i enter relaxed state. It's not sound of my heartbeat. I cant explain the sound.

I don't have history of heart ilness and according to the latest general checkup at hospital , my heart is pretty healthy. 

I also dont feel pain at all when I hear the sound that coming out of my heart ...

What does it mean/represent?

I suspect it was always there but now you're relaxed and focused and thus you're hearing it for the first time. That said, if you're worried about it please go see a doctor.

I have wnet through general check up, threadmill etc.. I dont have a single ilness ... and it doesnt fell painful.. Actualy when I hear sound from my heart, I feel relief and sound is nopt from physical heart actually.
