Does anyone know a way to unsubscribe from multiple/all threads at once?  My goal is to stop getting e-mails about thread subscriptions, but keep getting e-mails for PM's.

I know how unsubscribe from individual threads as I post to them, obviously.  

I looked around the account settings and couldn't find anything.
