I saw on Skype that it was Ron Crouch's birthday today (I'm assuming this is an accurate date).  I just wanted to start a thread to express my appreciation for him guiding me on the path in 2014 and 2015.  It was an invaluable help on my journey and I could not be where I am currently without his guidance.  

I've encountered an increasing number of individuals on the forums who have also found him to be helpful, so I felt that this thread was appropriate.  Mudita!
