Hello all,
Started meditating around a year ago, and I think its about time I go on my first retreat. I’ve dabbled in a mixture of meditation techniques, but eventually gravitated towards Mahasi style noting after reading Daniel’s book, so that’s been my main focus.
I’m looking to go on a fairly intensive Mahasi style retreat here in the UK, within the 5-10 day length range.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

I went a while ago. It's good for serious Mahasi practice, but don't expect Bhante to discuss nanas, maps or attainments.
