I suggest not reading into it. It seems sensationalist and says nothing about what the sayadaw said, only insinuating what the passage could mean.

Anyway, aren't we all humans? Not surprised if there are enlightened, corrupt warrior monks living in our midst... ;)

The sermon appeared to suggest that the killing of those who are not Buddhist could be justified on the grounds that they were not complete humans, or indeed humans at all.
