A deeply disturbing article I found on FB:

I suggest not reading into it. It seems sensationalist and says nothing about what the sayadaw said, only insinuating what the passage could mean.
The sermon appeared to suggest that the killing of those who are not Buddhist could be justified on the grounds that they were not complete humans, or indeed humans at all.

Count how many "appear", "suggests", "can be". A differing message: https://frontiermyanmar.net/en/tatmadaw-sangha-and-government-must-work-together-sitagu-sayadaw-says-in-sermon-to-officers

Anyway, aren't we all humans? Not surprised if there are enlightened, corrupt warrior monks living in our midst... ;)

[Edit]: Not sure what to make of it - *just treat it as another meaningless sensation*
