Is there a good place to start for learning proper terminology for speaking with precision about meditation and meditative phenomenology?

The appendix to U Pandita's In This Very Life is very good in this regard. I think that Bhante Gunaratana has one somewhere. Part I in Daniel's book is also good. Look into Than. Bhikku's (four-hour-long) talk on the Five Aggregate is also good, and I thik it's available in a condensed, written form as well.
