Why I was just listening to Shinzen Young talking about his home practice program yesterday. That's Buddhist Geeks #104. FYI, the home practice program is here; http://www.basicmindfulness.org. Sounds interesting and quite inexpensive. Even more interesting was the AI Meditation Instructor program he's developing for the web, but that, he says, is at least 2 years away.

i've heard shinzen young has something like that, but im not as familiar with his material as some of the folks here, so you could probably check out his site while waiting for them to reply.
