I am Mukund. This is my first message. I have been around this website a bit. I have practised in the Goenka tradition among others. I am a chronic dark nighter. I am looking for dark nighters in Mumbai area to talk/meet. I don't have any company here and it would be great to know some dark nighters in Mumbai area. I am NOT looking for dates or anything of that sort. Just friends. Please reply here/send a message.

I have been through a very rough journey through the Dukkha nanas in the past - I dont like the term 'dark nighter' much though . I do live in Mumbai.
My recommendation to you would be to write about your meditation practice here, start a log or write a one off post .... and seek advice. Of all the advice that you get, implement the suggestions that make the most sense to you and see where it takes you.

Others before you have gone through this territory and you can too.

(In sarcastic jackass voice): I believe the politically correct term is "Arissing and Passingawayers". Rolls off the tongue.

I think sometimes people forget that its all about the 'knowledge of' and not the 'experience of'.

This emphasis on knowledge rather than experience gives a valuable direction to practice.
