Does anyone have any recommendations for a follow along guided Mahasi Meditation Sessions? There's a Goenka app, but can not seem to find anything for Mahasi tradition. Any recommendations would be helpful, Thank you. Peace R.

Hi Rui, welcome to the forum. I don't know of any Mahasi apps or guided meditations offhand. That said, the Mahasi technique is simple, and so there's not much need for these things. I recommend this practice instruction video by Kenneth Folk.
