He's a little dirtier than Jon Kabat-Zinn, but he's saying something similar, no?

I haven't read Kabat-Zinn, but that clip was funny and I think accurate. I can't find that that longing/lonesome feeling stays/pervades anymore if one keeps doing what he describes --- just sit there, check it out, "How do I know that?" (Brian Eleven, other thread). Yeah, pulling over like figuratively/actually and looking at one's sensations and thoughts, that's what vipassana/samatha (insight/concentration) training is. I've been waiting for a good meditation comedian; ripe terrain, ripe terrain. I hope he's one of a few I can think of that fills the niche: funny, accurate, helpful and sincere. Very cool, thanks for the link!
