From time to time DhO switches interface language from English to Swedish or Hebrew. I delete DhO cookies and it resets back to english. I don't "do" anything to switch the language, it just happens.
Years ago, I had some odd instabilities sort of like that, in which the theme would do strange and unstable things, and these resolved suddenly without obvious cause.
What browser are you using and does it do the same with all browsers?
