I've been practicing yoga nidra for some time just using guidance videos on youtube, but recently started doing them without guidance.
I go through the right side of my body, then the left. Then I move through the right & left sides of the back of my body & the L/R of the front. After this, only 10-15min has passed, so I'm wondering what more I can add to the practice.
Thanks

I like the way it was instructed by David McGraw. He has a recording somewhere on his website.
As I was taught it was always 30-45 minutes it took. Cadence and focus can vary the effect quite a lot.
If you wanted to, it could also be used to learn to feel and move energy.
