I don't have his email but if you've hunted for him without success in the Messages list of names, looking under "T", you'll need to scroll down to near the end of the whole list, as names beginning with lower case (in this case "t") appear after names beginning in upper case (i.e "a" appears after "Z"); I've checked today -- his name is still there. He would get an email notification of your message.
Once you've selected the name and pressed the >>-button, the system can take a minute or so to transfer it to the "To:" column; it's a matter of waiting it out.
