My wife, listening to me go on about Ven. Ajahn Lee's meditation method of "breathing through the soles of your feet" to counteract headaches -

... these meditation geeks will inhale anything.

Okay, I am trying this, and I  pretty much got one foot kind of close to my nose,
then I tried to get both feet up there, yeah,
THEN my wife walks in...  
How do I explain this one????
