Very solid.The first time is 15 days. after that you can come for 10.
Gradual increase in meditation from 10 minutes walk/ 10 sit up to 60 walk /60 sit almost non stop at the end of hte retreat.
Daily talk with teacher where you recieve further meditation instruction and can discuss your meditation experience so far.
It is mahasi styyle noting as interpreted by Ajaan Tong Sirimangolo So some slight differences than what MCTB described.
