It seems like a friend of mine recently entered the Dark Night some weeks after a meditation retreat she did where she experienced what sounds to me like the A&P.

I was wondering what you think are the most accessible resources to quickly explain to her the concept of the Dark Night? Youtube videos, articles, etc?
