Hello everyone!

I'm a beginner to concentration practice and I'm using my breath as my object of concentration.

When sitting I'm experiencing pressure/tension in the diaphragm area that keeps my full attention to "sit" on my breath.

This doesn't happen everytime I sit but it is frequent.
Also when this happens it can go on in the hours following my practice.

Any suggestion would be appriciated.
