Rock on. I'm sure folks around here would be quite happy to give it a read! If you share it, they will come. Actual Freedom needs some practical guides. Perhaps you should name it Hardcore Freedom, in solidarity with the pragmatic approach valorized in these parts...

I read "Actual Freedom - As I Live It!" and found it to be a nice refresher, with very succinct grains of wisdom throughout, that seemed great for reading attentively to get back on track. I would also be interested in your new prose book, and would certainly read it (and share it if I found it useful) if it were to come out.

I don't think his e-manners are anything peculiar. It is your own projection that is making his e-manners look peculiar to you.

To evaluate his 'freeness', what we have to go on? He declared himself as Actually Free. Richard also declared himself as one, the first one to be exact. Today we have millions of words on the AF website but he also must have started with a few words to begin with just as Justine is starting out now.

In fact, Actual Freedom gives so much freedom that someone can declare oneself as having attained Actual Freedom and that will be attested to by AF Trust and then later on, one can give that up as well.

I was trying to level with you, but I think i get whats going on now, I don't actually think that there's a self to be happy or harmless. But I still think thats pretty much the Noble 8fold path boiled down, so its some common ground withe me and AFers.

If you have an experiential understanding of emptiness, boddhichitta, and renunciation, I can let you know about the practice as well and you can see for yourself.

Let's start a thread and we can discuss it there. It would be a much better use of our time to participate in such practical discussions rather than point fingers and backbite.
