I'd like to go on a long retreat, perhaps in one of Mahasi centers. I've sat many retreats along the years, mainly in Goenka centres and Thai Forest monasteries. I'm looking for a meditation center somewhere where the climate is not too hot ( find it very hard to cope with the heat) and is run on dana, as I have very little money.
Does anyone know anywhere where I could go for two months or so? Any suggestions very welcome.
