I'm writing a simple overview of Pragmatic Dharma for Japanese publishers contemplating (at my suggestion) the introduction of pragmatic teachers and translations of their books to Japan. Central to this is a brief synopsis of leading teachers in the pragmatic scene. I'd like to include information on the influence of Bill Hamilton and his book - a photo of the man would help. Plus, I'm curious to see what he looked like. Can anyone help me out?

Also, who would you include in the list? I've got Bill Hamilton, Kenneth Folk, Daniel, Shinzen Young, Culadasa, Shannon Stein, Michael Taft, ... as you can see, I'm just getting started.

This is not for publication, but for educating prospective publishers in Japan about the burgeoning pragmatic scene and the books and teachers that Japanese practitioners would benefit from contact with.
