The 1st edition (2008?) pdf is available at http://integrateddaniel.info/book . Never seen pdfs of the 2nd edition. The pirates have a reasonably good epub of the 2nd (2018) edition, though (see http://gen.lib.rus.ec/, for instance). I don't know if it is frowned upon (I'm assuming it's not, hopefully the mods will correct me if I'm wrong).

Under Linux one can download single files or entire websites with the "WGet" command (eg: wget -r https://www.mctb.org/mctb2/ )

This command will download the directory structure and ALL files at the URL.  The WGet command is generally included in major Linux varieties but its easy enough to add if it isn't natively installed in your package.

Once done it is a relatively simple task to "print" each formatted web page out as a PDF file.  There are many apps , add-ons etc. that will create a virtual printing device which will save each printed page as a PDF file.

Most eBook readers handle PDF files reasonably well and multiple pages can be concatenated to make a readable eBook.
