If I read the site correctly he's pointing to your sense of self as the defining characteristic of your experience, and how that perspective can be seen through and changed using his Satsang process. That process focuses on the use of self-discovery which is, essentially, a form of Hinduism.

 I used to listen to him for a few years, and I like some of his stuff.
I think his technique, similar to his teacher Papaji, is mainly to point to the silence. But he, similar to his teacher, is quite dogmatic about his teaching, and talks disrespectfully sometimes about other approaches. What he teaches is pretty much like the aware awareness teachings, that if you let go of your sense of self, you become aware of The Self, that is everything and everywhere. Also some people don't like it that he lets he devotees to treat him like some god or something, kissing his feet etc.
