Hi! Are there any awakened people here who had been diagnosed with PMDD prior to awakening? Does awakening help with PMDD? That would be sooooooo nice. Probably stupid question, and it is probably irrelevant for most people here. Feel free to ignore it.

A number of my female friends who have also experienced the cycles of insight point out numerous parallels, correlations, similarities, even synchronicities, between hormonal cycles and insight cycles. However, being male and not having first-hand experience with this (though men probably have hormone cycles we are much less aware of), I will simply stop there.

Thanks! So I guess I’m stuck with it, then. It’s not even regular anymore, so it’s not that predictable. Time to learn new tells that are applicable the way I function now.
