This community was very informative and helpful in 2007 and 2008, when I was spontaneously searching for practical support for meditation, and that led to a deeply transformative time. Therefore, I want to let you know that my memoir titled "Time for Awakening," which reflects my experience in meditation, learning, life's challenges and joys is now published.
This book is a personal narrative, and a tribute to the wisdom and support I've received, in part from from this community, and my Theravada teachers which have been a light on the path.
