Not sure where else to ask this but:

I'm trying to post to the "Miscellaneous" category, but there's no "Post New Thread" button. Anyone know what the problem could be? All the other groups (including this one obviously) are fine and have the button where it normally is.

I think you need to simply post in the only sub forum under that heading: Missing references.
