I'm practicing sexual transmutation / semen retention for quite some time now.
After about 3 weeks of abstaining I had an astounding experience. I had a surge of intense sexual energy and moved it up my body, out of the groinal area.  Then a feeling of super power was overwhelmeing my mind and I had these electric buzz-like sensations all over my body. I felt the best in my life.

About me: male, 27 years old, healthy eating habbits, no drugs, no alcohol
I'm into meditation regularly.

Could someone tell what was happening with me? I don't know.

I've had related experiences, and I actually think this is the purpose of semen retention. I don't cultivate the experience but it is available at times. svmonk brought up an interesting perspective here:

Can you tell more about your practice of transmutation? I'm familiar with the microcosmic orbit.

You might want to consider that it's not the semen that matters, but rather the neurotransmitters in the brain that change with orgasm (accepting neuroscience for the sake of argument).
