Hey all, been lurking for awhile, but figured it was time to jump in.  Really awesome community here.
Been doing 30-60 minutes a day of Fire Kasina for a few weeks, and definitely seeing progress in stability of nimitta at onset, and quick immersion into the murk and waves of color, intense body sensations, glimpses of 3rd screen imagery, etc.

My question is this, most of the in depth experience reports so far are after 10 days or so of immerrsed practice.  Is 100 hours of kasina 100 hours of kasina, whether or not its in a 10 day period or a 100 day period?  
Thoughts?

Ah, reading further in the threads I realize this question has been asked a few times in different forms, and answered as well.
