So I wasn't mad while I felt to be in what it seemed like a Dark Equanimity phase!!!

By Dark Equanimity, what do you mean?

While I was clearly in equanimity, some days ago, I felt aspects of the DN.
There was the sense of things being too fast to be caught, disappearing too quickly, and the experience in general was quite chaotic and uncomfortable.
I'm sure that was equanimity, because the focus was very broad and there was the sense of me being trasparent, wich I always associate with equanimity.

This is the stuff I just LUV, BTW! So rarely talked about even on the DhO, and yet so very interesting!

Yeah, notation makes sense.

Before that there was some fairly strong equanimity that came after low equanimity.

Edit2: talking about this, the thing that makes more sense to me is 11n.10n
Going even further doesn't seem to make sense to me, because if I can definitely see some cycling in EQ, for sure I never saw any sub-cycling...

Edit3: ah, and I've been in EQ for some months now...
